Once you submit your order and complete the medical intake form, your information is sent to a U.S.-licensed clinician for review. Here’s what you can expect next:
1. Order Confirmation
Right after submitting, you’ll see a confirmation on screen and receive an email. This lets you know your order has successfully been received and is ready for clinical review.
2. Clinical Review
A licensed provider reviews your medical information to ensure the prescription is safe and appropriate.
Most reviews are completed within 24 hours.
Certain services, like Weight Care, Menopause, or Anemia, may take up to 72 hours.
You’ll get an email notification when a new message is available in your Patient Dashboard’s secure message center.
3. Prescription Issuance
If the clinician approves your prescription, it will be sent to:
Your selected local pharmacy
ORA partner pharmacy for shipping
Your next steps depend on the fulfillment method.
4. Fulfillment & Additional Information
Shipped orders: Usually delivered within 5–7 business days, depending on USPS and pharmacy processing.
Local pharmacy pickup: Processing times vary by location and pharmacy workflow. Some pharmacies may charge an additional fee, separate from your Wisp consultation and prescription. Ask if your Wisp GoodRx discount card applies, and check your insurance coverage.
